Welcome to Shin Style Media ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website www.shin.style (the “Site”) or booking our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payment

A non-refundable retainer or deposit is required to secure your session or event date. The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your contract. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date, subject to availability. We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least [14] days’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within [X] weeks of the session or event, unless otherwise agreed upon. Final images will be provided via a private online gallery or digital download. USBs or prints may be available upon request at an additional cost.

4. Copyright & Image Use

We retain the copyright to all images taken during the session or event. Clients receive a personal-use license to share, download, and print the images. Commercial or promotional use requires prior written consent. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to be on time, prepared, and cooperative during the session. Delays may shorten the session time. If the session includes minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

6. Artistic Style & Editing

By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our photography and editing style. Creative decisions made during the session and editing process are final. Requests for additional edits or changes beyond standard retouching may incur an additional fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution, we are not liable for loss or damage due to equipment failure, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your session due to illness or emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a suitable replacement.

8. Use of Website

All content on this website is the property of Shin Style Media. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage our business or reputation.
